Exchange Policy

At B.S Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality sportswear and a smooth customer experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Size issue (only for standard, non-customized products)

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange requests related to:
    • Damaged product
    • Missing items
    • Incorrect product
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Shipping label details
    • Complete unboxing process

Note: Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.


3. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products (name, number, logo printed jerseys)
  • Bulk/team orders manufactured as per client specifications
  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special discount offers (if mentioned)

4. Exchange Process

  1. Raise a request via:
    • Email / WhatsApp / Customer Support
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for exchange
    • Unboxing video (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved:
    • Customer may be required to ship the product back or reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to availability)

5. Exchange Charges

  • First exchange for size issue: May be chargeable (shipping cost applicable)
  • Exchange due to company error (wrong/damaged product): Free of cost

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceable location
  • In case reverse pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the product
  • B.S Sports is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping if self-shipped

7. Exchange Approval & Dispatch

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Replacement product will be shipped based on availability
  • In case of non-availability, store credit or alternative product may be offered

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variation due to lighting/screen settings is not considered a defect
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Any signs of usage, damage, or tampering will lead to rejection of exchange
