Refund policy

At BS Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized jerseys (name, number, logo printed)
• Bulk/team orders
• Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated after quality inspection
• Amount will be credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

• Customer must provide an unboxing video
• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
