Return & Refund Policy

At B.S Sports, we strive to deliver premium-quality sportswear and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for return:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all return claims related to:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong item received
    • Missing items
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Shipping label details
    • Complete unboxing process

Note: Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (name, number, logo printed jerseys)
  • Bulk/team orders manufactured as per client requirements
  • Products purchased under clearance sale or special offers (if specified)
  • Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition

4. Return Process

  1. Raise a return request via:
    • Email / WhatsApp / Customer Support
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images/video (mandatory unboxing video if applicable)
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days
  4. Once approved:
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged or customer will be asked to self-ship the product

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after:
    • Product is received and inspected by our team
    • Quality check is completed and approved
  • Refund will be issued in the form of:
    • Original payment method or
    • Store credit (based on case and customer preference)
  • Refund timeline:
    • 5–7 working days after approval (may vary depending on payment gateway/bank)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Company error (wrong/damaged product): Full refund including shipping
  • Other approved returns: Shipping charges may be deducted

7. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Customized or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to screen/display differences are not considered defects
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • B.S Sports reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
